| A: | The file is very large. Your audio program may be trying
to download the entire audio file before playing it. A better option may be to save the file directly to your computer. Right click on the audio icon. A menu will appear. Choose the option “Save Target As…” In the new window that appears you can choose to save the file to any folder on your computer. The audio icons looks like this  . |
| Q: | Why are there two files? |
| A: | Some people have slower internet connections. If that is true for you, try using the “Lo-Res” file. The quality is a little lower, but it will download faster. |
